Meet the owner
With over 19 years experience as an LMT, Sarah Armstrong provides both treatment of chronic pain or injury, as well as relaxation and overall wellbeing. Sarah has returned her practice to North Adams after over 8 years at the world renowned Canyon Ranch Resort & Spa.
